The Gurnee Lions Club is a non-profit service organization dedicated to assisting people with visual and/or hearing impairments in the Gurnee, Illinois area. The club also seeks to promote awareness of sight and hearing disorders and treatments.
The Gurnee Lions Club was established in 1954 and has a proud history of service and fundraising within our community. Annual Functions include Candy Day, Spaghetti Dinner, Pancake Breakfast, Concert in the Park and Gurnee Days activities.
Funds raised have provided: eye exams for those in our community who could not afford them without our assistance, glasses for those in need, equipment in our local library for individuals with sight and hearing impairments, donations to the Park District.
